1 bunch Bok choy
1 bunch Lacinato Kale
¼ spoon turmeric
½ can Coconut milk (optional)
Coconut aminos/Liquid aminos or pink salt (adjust to you taste)
Chopped bell peppers
2 cloves garlic minced
Avocado oil or your preference
1.Add a teaspoon of oil in the pot on low to medium heat, add garlic and turmeric for 20seconds.
2.Add bell peppers, onions, green onions and cilantro.
3.Add other ingredients and simmer for 10-15mins to cook longer if you like.
!!Green will spring it’s own water cooking , also adding coconut milk so there is no need add water!!
